The Texans are rolling with a rookie as their starting quarterback. Houston head coach David Culley announced Tuesday that Davis Mills will be the team's starter for Thursday night against the Panthers. The moves comes after Tyrod Taylor suffered a left hamstring injury on Sunday's game against the Browns, leading to him being placed on the injured reserve. Mills did see action against Cleveland, completing 8-of-18 passes for 102 yards with a touchdown and an interception.
