CDC: 45 Cases Of Salmonella In Texas Outbreak

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention is investigating a salmonella outbreak with 127 confirmed cases across the country and 45 of them in Texas. The CDC is still trying to track down the source, saying the outbreak hasn't been connected to a particular food source. So far, there have been 45-cases reported in Texas, though the CDC didn't name the cities or counties involved.
