The Texans won't be activating Deshaun Watson despite losing their starting quarterback to injury. The NFL Network reports Tyrod Taylor will be "out for a while" after injuring his hamstring in Sunday's 31-21 loss to the Cleveland Browns. Taylor is expected to miss Houston's game on Thursday against the Carolina Panthers and could be placed on the injured reserve this week. Head coach David Culley made it clear to team won't play Watson and will turn to rookie Davis Mills should Taylor be sidelined. Mills threw for 102 yards, a touchdown and an interception against the Browns.
