Thousands of Haitian migrants camping out under a Texas border bridge are now being deported. The Biden administration said over the weekend it will "accelerate the pace and increase the capacity" of deportations over the next few days. The mayor of Del Rio said this week that more than 14-thousand Haitians were camping under an international border crossing waiting to be processed. Homeland Security says the port of entry with Mexico is now closed, and a DHS official is telling migrants not to make the dangerous journey.
