Lance McCullers Jr. was in peak form in the Astros 3-1 win over the Angels in Houston. McCullers posted seven strikeouts and allowed one earned run in six innings of work to earn the win. Yuli Gurriel had four hits, including a first-inning RBI single, and Kyle Tucker mashed a two-run homer in the fifth inning. The Astros have won four of their past six games and start a road series with the Rangers tonight.
