The Cowboys won't be pursuing Cam Newton, despite his recent availability. Dallas head coach Mike McCarthy said the team isn't interested in signing Newton and feels "excited about the group that we have". Newton was released by the Patriots earlier this week after losing the starting job to Mac Jones. Dallas kept Cooper Rush on the 53-man roster and picked up Will Grier off the waivers.
