Texans Making Roster Moves Ahead Of Deadline

The Texans are maneuvering to get their roster trimmed ahead of the NFL's roster limit deadline. Houston started off Monday by activating offensive lineman Laremy Tunsil from the COVID-19 List. The team also released a pair of players in defensive back Cornell Armstrong and linebacker Tae Davis. The Texans also completed the trade of defensive lineman Shaq Lawson, dealing him to the Jets. The NFL Network reports the team plans to release offensive lineman Carson Green ahead of the deadline.
