The Texans are continuing to reshuffle their roster ahead of their preseason finale this weekend. Houston placed receiver Taywan Taylor on the injured reserve and signed cornerback Rasul Douglas. Taylor is a former third-round draft pick and appeared in three games for the Browns last season, recording no receptions. Douglas started 11 games for the Panthers in 2020 and has five interceptions over his four-year NFL career.
