City and county officials say the coronavirus hospitalization and positivity rates are showing a slight improvement. San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg says the positivity rate for Bexar County is below 14%, down from nearly 17% last week. Nirenberg and Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff say increased testing has helped improve the positivity rate. The mayor says new hospitalizations are down to around 140 a day from nearly 200 last week. He says he's trying to get more personnel to help in the hospitals.
