Five Cowboys are in the NFL's COVID protocols with a sixth possibly on the way. Head coach Mike McCarthy told reporters Tuesday that one player is getting re-tested but declined to release specifics. Two players definitely have coronavirus, while two others are considered close contact. The Cowboys put CeeDee Lamb, Malik Hooker, and Israel Mukuamu on the COVID list on Monday. Defensive Coordinator Dan Quinn and defensive tackle Carlos Watkins were already on the list. All have been vaccinated.
