The University of Texas is extending its deadline for students to get tested for COVID-19. KVUE reports students now have until Friday to submit a recent test for the virus. UT had initially set the deadline for Wednesday, the first day of the semester. The university is requiring a negative test in order to attend in-person classes this year.
