The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission is temporarily suspending the liquor license of a sports bar where a triple murder happened last Sunday morning. Police say the Boom Boom Sports Bar was illegally still open at nearly 3:30 a.m. when 34-year-old Daniel Barragan reportedly shot five patrons with a rifle. Three of the victims died. A TABC official says the bar won't be allowed to serve alcohol for 90-days as investigators look into the bar's policies.
