A pair of unborn Central Texas twins are dead from coronavirus. Waco-McLennan County Public Health District says the deaths happened last month after their mother caught the virus. A health district spokesperson declined to reveal how far along the woman was in the pregnancy when she got sick. She's since recovered. They're encouraging mothers to get the COVID vaccine saying it will help reduce the risk of preterm birth and miscarriages.
