The Rockets are signing the last of their four first round draft selections. The team announced it has signed Usman Garuba, who was drafted 23rd overall in this year's NBA Draft. The 6-foot-8 forward spent last season in Spain, playing for Real Madrid in Liga ACB. Garuba was named the EuroLeague Rising Star, which honors the top player under 22 years old and completed a buyout with his former club so he could join Houston.
