One person is dead in Texas after a party boat packed with more than 50 passengers overturned in Lake Conroe. A number of passengers, including children, were dumped into the lake when the boat turned on its side Saturday night. Emergency crews performed CPR on one person, while three others were taken to an area hospital in unknown condition. Among the 53 passengers aboard was 80-year-old Karl Katzenberger. Yesterday morning the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department confirmed Katzenberger had died in the hospital. Officials believe bad weather caused the boat to overturn.
