Two people are dead and two wounded following a bizarre incident on San Antonio's West Side overnight. Police say it all began when a woman wrecked her car into a parked car in the 400 block of Hazel Street. Police say when the owner of the car came out to check on what happened, the woman jumped out of her car and opened fire, killing the man and wounding a woman and teenage boy. A neighbor then came out of his house and shot the driver to death. The two victims who survived the shooting are said to be in critical condition. Police are still trying to determine what prompted the woman to open fire after the wreck.
