COVID-19 Surge Leads to Delays in Medical Procedures In San Antonio

San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg says the latest surge in COVID-19 cases has led to delays in some medical procedures at area hospitals. Bexar County health officials say the seven-day-average of new cases has reached 11-hundred-46 a day, which is a 58 percent increase over the same period last week. Of those, 88 percent were not vaccinated, down from 95 percent last week.
