Austin Moving Into Phase Four Of Camping Ban

The City of Austin is gearing up to move into the final phase of its city-wide camping ban. Officials say the city will transition into Phase Four of the ban which allows Austin Police to cite and arrest those caught violating the ban. In the meantime, city leaders have named two possible sites that could be used as homeless encampments but neither have been confirmed. Phase Four of the city-wide camping goes into effect on Sunday.
