Texas border leaders are pleading for help. A letter sent to the White House says illegal immigration is spiraling out of control, playing a role in the spiking number of coronavirus cases. Monica Weisberg-Stewart with the Texas Border Coalition says they want the Border Patrol to better coordinate with charities that help migrants. They also want a promise that immigrants who test positive won't be released into the community. Last week, the Border Patrol caught nearly 22-thousand illegal immigrants in the Rio Grande Valley sector.
