Urgent care clinics in San Antonio have their hands full with the recent surge in coronavirus cases, and some are reaching capacity. Dr. David Gude, chief operating officer of Texas MedClinic, says they're up 30-percent in the number of patient visits from just a month ago. Gude says the numbers haven't reached last fall's levels, but they're headed that way. He says the clinics never stopped social distancing, so they sometimes have to ask patients to wait in the car or come back in an hour.
