The City of El Paso is preparing to commemorate the second anniversary of the Walmart mass shooting on Tuesday. The City Council will take part in a bell tolling ceremony at eight-thirty a.m, where the names of all 23 victims will be read. The special Resilience exhibit at the El Paso Museum of History will include items left at a memorial in the days after the shooting. Luminarias will be on display Tuesday night at Ponder Park, where a quintet from the El Paso Symphony Orchestra will play at eight. El Paso residents are encouraged to light up their own front yards and windows on Tuesday night as well.
