A large Southeast Texas hospital system is requiring employees to get the coronavirus vaccine. Memorial Hermann announced the requirement today saying managers and executives need to get it by September 11th. All other workers, except those with medical and religious exemptions, have until October 9th. Memorial Hermann President and CEO Dr. David Callender cited rising COVID hospitalizations and the Delta variant as reason for the requirement.
