San Antonio police believe the 15-year-old who was shot to death at an apartment was an innocent bystander. Tristian Rosas was struck by a bullet while playing video games early this morning at Gates of Capernum Apartments. Officers say there had been a shootout in the complex parking lot on Waters Edge near Cable Ranch. A man was also shot and police think he may have been involved in whatever happened in the lot. Several suspects are being sought.
