The Border Patrol says agents at one Rio Grande Valley station apprehended more than 700 immigrants in three groups over the weekend. The immigrants were picked up near La Grulla between Friday and Sunday. The immigrants include adults and unaccompanied children from Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Venezuela and Nicaragua. At least one immigrant was taken to the hospital with coronavirus-related symptoms and tested positive for the virus.
