A San Antonio man accused of participating in the unrest at the U.S. Capitol in January will be sentenced in October after striking a plea deal. Matthew Mazzocco was arrested at his Stone Oak home about ten days after the incident in D.C. Prosecutors say he was identified through videos posted to social media. Mazzocco agreed to plead guilty to one count of parading, demonstrating or picketing in the Capitol building. He faces a maximum of six months in prison, a maximum fine of five-thousand-dollars, and up to a year of supervised release.
