The death toll is rising from flash flooding in Germany and Belgium. More than 125 people have lost their lives, with up to 1,500 said to still be missing. The floods washed away roads, piled cars on top of each other and left houses underwater. Thousands remain homeless with several villages cut off and the crisis will only get worse today. Rain is still falling in Germany as rescue workers comb through debris.
