A Fredericksburg man is in federal custody and accused of groping a teenage girl during a flight from Austin to Montana. While sitting behind the 15-year-old girl on a flight last Friday, 76-year-old Vincent Kopacek reportedly reached over and groped her several times. She caught the activity on cell-phone video, which was used to help identify him. FBI agents arrested Kopacek on Sunday as he was about to board a return flight to Texas. He's charged with attempted sexual abuse of a minor and abusive sexual contact.
