Testimony continues today in the capital murder trial of a man accused in the 2016 ambush murder of a San Antonio cop. Prosecutor Tamara Strauch told a jury on Monday that Otis McKane claimed "it felt good" to open fire on Detective Benjamin Marconi. Marconi was sitting in his patrol car at the time of the killing. The jury saw surveillance video showing McKane shooting Marconi. Several eyewitnesses are expected to testify. The defense did not make an opening statement. McKane could get the death penalty if he's convicted.
