The Astros six-game winning streak came to an end yesterday afternoon as Houston was topped by the Oakland Athletics in their series finale 2-1. Lance McCullers was charged with the loss after allowing a pair of runs on seven hits over seven innings. The Astros welcome in the New York Yankees for a three-game series tonight; Jake Odorizzi is scheduled to get the start for Houston. Prior to the game, Carlos Correa and Jose Altuve announced they will be skipping next week's All-Star Game in Denver.
