The city of Austin is halfway through its plan to reinstate the homeless camping ban. Officials say APD will continue passing out written warnings this weekend to those who have not moved off the city streets as part of Phase 3 of the four-part plan. In some cases, deputies will hand out citations or arrest. City leaders say Phase 3 will begin on Saturday and will run through August 8th.
