City officials say the flooding at Leon Creek will result in the delay of a couple of infrastructure projects. Tuesday’s heavy rains led to flooding in Leon Creek near Highway 90, where a tunnel project and a sewer project are underway. The San Antonio Water System issued a statement that said the sewer project is just getting started, so none of the current flooding involves sewage spill. The flood waters also reportedly ruined a million-dollars’ worth of construction equipment.
