A suspect is in custody after a fatal shooting following an argument at a North Side nail salon on Monday afternoon. Officers responded to a reported disturbance at a strip mall on Blanco Road near Wurzbach Parkway. Police say 42-year-old Kiet Nguyen shot the victim, described as a 46-year-old man, outside the business and then left the scene. They arrested Nguyen near Loop 410 and Blanco on a charge of murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The victim's name hasn't been released.
