A man is under arrest in connection with a San Antonio apartment fire that left eight families out of their homes. Police say 35-year-old Ryan James Simpson was taken into custody July 2nd on charges of arson and stalking. He is accused of setting the fire at the building in the 25-hundred block of Babcock Road just after midnight Monday. No one was hurt in the blaze. Police believe Simpson is also involved in other incidents leading up to the apartment fire, including vehicle fires at the apartments.
