A 19-year-old is under arrest for the recent mass shooting in Austin. Killeen police say the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force captured De'Ondre White on Thursday. He's accused of killing a tourist from New York and wounding 14 others almost two-weeks ago in downtown Austin. Investigators say the shooting happened after two groups of juveniles got into an argument. Police named White a suspect on Tuesday after announcing two juvenile suspects were no longer facing charges. Officers say White is a friend of one of the juveniles.
