Former Texas state Senator Wendy Davis and a top official for Vice President Kamala Harris are filing a federal lawsuit over a group of Trump supporters who drove beside a Biden-Harris campaign bus. Davis along with Harris Operations Deputy Director David Gins claim the group violated federal and state law last fall by following the bus while it drove between San Antonio and Austin. The suit says the so-called "Trump Train" conspired to terrorize the campaign bus and violated the First Amendment. No arrests have been made but the FBI is still investigating.
