Texas is going to build its own border wall. Governor Greg Abbott announced the decision Thursday during a border security event in Del Rio. He says more details will be announced next week. He also says law enforcement will target illegal immigrants who are engaged in trespassing, human smuggling and criminal mischief. The Republican says illegal immigrants needs to be put in jail for breaking the law, while criticizing the federal government for lax security. Texas will also team up with Arizona on border security.
