The girlfriend of a missing Southeast Texas boy's father is under arrest after a body was discovered at a motel. Houston police say Theresa Balboa will eventually be charged with tampering with evidence and may face other accusations. The body, believed to be Samuel Olson, was found last night in a motel room in Jasper, Texas. The six-year-old was reported missing last week but apparently hadn't been seen since late April. An autopsy will confirm whether the body found is indeed Olson.
