A San Antonio ISD school was named runner-up in a national competition and the recognition comes with a chunk of change. Vans Custom Culture named Edison High School as a runner-up in its 12th annual shoe art competition. The school will receive a $15,000 prize for the Bears' art program. Cedar Hill High School in North Texas is also listed as a runner-up. Vans made a virtual announcement on Thursday to name the winners. A Louisiana school bagged the top prize of $50,000.
