San Antonio police are investigating a shooting at an East Side apartment complex that killed one man and wounded another. Officers responded around 2 p.m. Tuesday to the reported shooting at the Alsbury Farms Apartments on Noblewood Drive near I-10. They found a man in his 20s who had been shot in the head and died at the scene. Police say another man was wounded, but walked away before they got there. So far police don't know who was involved in the shooting or why it happened.
