Early voting starts today in the runoff elections in five San Antonio City Council races. Voters can cast a ballot at the Bexar County Elections Department on South Frio Street, or at any one of 17 other polling places in City Council Districts 1, 2, 3, 5 and 9, where the runoffs are taking place. Early voting continues through next Tuesday, June 1st, except for Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day weekend.
