Bexar County defense attorneys are being trained in the use of new technology so they'll be ready when jury trials resume next month. The new audio-visual equipment was paid for with ten-thousand-dollars in federal funds from the CARES Act. The state is already using the technology, which will be placed in all Bexar County courts in time for the resumption of jury trials next month. Jury trials were shut down last year during the pandemic.
