The Mavericks secured a 127-113 victory in their lone away game against the Heat in Miami. Having spent many nights shooting hoops on the Miami court when his father was the Heat's star guard, Tim Hardaway Jr. felt right at home dropping 10 three-pointers en route to a total of 36 points. Luka Doncic added 23 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists as Dallas moved into the number five spot in the Western Conference. The win now ties the Mavs with the Los Angeles Lakers record-wise, but Dallas holds the tiebreaker. The Mavericks open a pair of home games on Thursday against the Brooklyn Nets.
