State Representative Accused In DWI Accident

A Montgomery County lawmaker is facing charges after he was reportedly involved in a DWI crash on Friday night. Officials say Republican state representative Dan Huberty failed a sobriety test after smashing his Corvette into a minivan. The three people in the minivan had minor injuries. Huberty has served in the Texas House since 2011. He published a Facebook post apologizing for his actions, and says he's seeking treatment options.
