Rangers Beat Orioles In 10 Innings

Baltimore Orioles v Texas Rangers

The Rangers continue to struggle on offense but found a way to walk off with a 1-0 win over the Baltimore Orioles in the 10th inning. It was a duel of the starting day pitchers as Kyle Gibson threw eight shutout innings marking the longest outing for a Texas pitcher in Globe Life Field history. As the Rangers try to solve the riddle of scoring in their home ballpark after totally 10 runs in the last seven home games, Nate Lowe knocked a line drive past the shortstop and third baseman in the 10th inning to score a run as Texas avoided being swept in the three-game series. The Rangers open a three-game set against the Angels tonight in Anaheim.
