Six Seattle pitchers combined for a one-hitter as the Mariners downed the Astros 7-2 in Seattle. Ty France followed Mitch Haniger's two-run triple with a two-run homer in a decisive fifth inning to secure the series win for the Mariners. Seattle has now won four of five and has come from behind in six of its 10 victories. The loss marks Houston's seventh in its last eight games and comes with five players, including four starters, still on the injured list due to COVID-19 protocols. Jake Odorizzi allowed four runs in less than five frames as he fell to 0-and-2.
