Dallas drops the first of a two game series with Nashville in overtime. Knotted up 2-all at the end of regulation, the Stars went into the extra period where Denis Gurianov had the puck inside the Predators blue line before he threw it behind the Nashville net. The Dallas forward's play led to Eeli Tolvanen scoring the game-winning shot for the Preds. The Stars have dropped their last three games but have the chance to snap the skid and split the series against Nashville on Thursday.
