Rangers' Odor Won't Make Opening Day Roster

The Rougned Odor era is over in Texas. The Rangers have told the veteran infielder he won't make the Opening Day roster. Odor has been the starting second baseman for Texas the last seven years and was attempting to switch to third base this spring. The 27-year-old has two years left on his contract and a buyout on a team option for 2023. Odor hit 10 home runs last season, but batted only .167.
