Greg Abbott lifted the mask mandate in Texas, and there hasn't been a significant spike in the number of coronavirus cases. San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg says that's because people are protecting themselves. The mayor says most people in San Antonio are still wearing masks. Nirenberg says the numbers are a reason to be optimistic, but it's still best to be cautious by wearing your mask and social distancing.
