Deshaun Watson's college coach is asking for patience following 14 sexual misconduct civil suits.
Clemson Tigers Head Coach Dabo Swinney says he loves Watson like a son and noted the legal process will have to take its own course. Swinney also says he can only base his opinion on his experiences, but notes Watson was an exemplary citizen and was only yelled at once for being a couple minutes late to a team meeting.
Over a dozen masseuses have claimed the Houston Texans quarterback made inappropriate comments and forced one of them to perform a sex act over the past year. Watson has denied wrongdoing. Swinney coached Watson for three seasons at Clemson from 2014 to 2016.
