Abbott Raises Concerns Regarding COVID In Migrants

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is raising more concerns about coronavirus in teen migrants being housed in the state. Abbott says there's no fencing around the Midland migrant facility along with not enough guards, meaning teens could leave the facility when they want. The governor is also worried about employees unknowingly getting the virus then spreading it in the community. Abbott also criticized the Biden Administration for not being prepared to house the illegal immigrant teens, saying water at the facility can't be used because it's from a possibly tainted well. The federal government is housing teens in Midland and at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas.
